My Prediction	The Result
USA	USA

I want Germany to win but at the same time I want USA to win, too.  If USA and Japan both move on to the Final, we would experience the excitement same as in 2011 all over again.  An epic match, my friends.  

Well, if Germany and Japan both move on to the Final, there would be a new epic match for football friends all over the world.

Match 50 - July 1 Edmonton Japan vs England 2 - 1 Japan won, but, only by luck.  England lost by own goal score.  I feel sad and really want to cry, even though I wanted Japan to win. My prediction accuracy is 100%.  But, I'm not happy.  Sorry.

So, my prediction for the four teams in the order of:
Japan, USA, Germany and England

May the best team win !

Went to Shoppers to buy something for my mum.  I wasn't in a hurry, so, I checked my blood pressure.  It was within the normal range as usual.  
Yippee !!

But I still need to be careful.  I'm in the lower medium risk range for stroke and heart disease, according to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation. 

By the way, how do you keep track of your blood pressure readings?

100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 95

I made banana milk with coconut water!  Dairy-free, nut-free and refined sugar-free.

Remember the bunch of ripe bananas I mentioned in yesterday's blog post 100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 94 and the coconut water I bought awhile ago?

A bunch of ripe bananas in my room.  They are sweet and ready to eat !!!

One of my friends once told me not to say "the bananas are ripe" in front of a Hawaiian.  This  expression "the bananas are ripe" or "Pala ka Mai'a" is a rude way to say something is worthless.

But my Hawaiian friends, you guys know bananas taste better and sweeter when they are ripe, right?

If you don't like ripe bananas, please give them to me.  I'll freeze them and use them later.  Wait a second, "Pala ka Mai'a" must be a rude expression for pre-freezer era.
